Notes and Observations: With Sen. Kerry having won a string of primaries, the Bush campaign turned its sights on him.  The press release accompanying this ad cited "months of John Kerry's attacks against President Bush on special interests"  The release noted that Kerry's campaign "has harshly attacked President Bush with 15 ads that have aired 9,712 times and cost $4.9 million."  The Kerry campaign quickly responded with an Internet ad of its own "More than Anyone."
