Notes and Observations: This is the campaign's first ad to appear following the Democratic National Convention, and it marks a change from the preceding ads took on Sen. Kerry.  "Changing World" creates a mood or presents a big picture.  It sets out broad and sweeping themes, but does not address specific issues facing the country.
