Notes and Observations:  This ad was compared to the "bear in the woods" ad run by the Reagan-Bush 1984 campaign.  The DNC responded with "Eagle," although it's not clear that it actually ran that ad.  The Defenders of Wildlife Action Fund responded with a press release.
