Notes and Observations:  According to the press release this ad "contrasts the policies of Presidents Ronald Reagan and George W. Bush for fighting communism and terrorism respectively to John Kerry's."  The Club for Growth had planned to run the ad a week earlier but pushed it back at the request of the Reagan family.
