Kerry-Edwards 2004, Inc.

"All Across America"
30-second ad announced Oct. 24, 2004 .

John Kerry: Here's what I've heard from families all across America: you need someone to fight for you.

I believe it's the middle class that needs a tax cut.

I believe in creating opportunity so I'll end tax breaks for companies that ship jobs overseas.

I'll lower the cost of prescription drugs.

And with a strong military and strong alliances, we will defeat terror.

I believe our future belongs to freedom, not to fear.

I'm John Kerry and I approve this message.

Notes and Observations:  According to the Oct. 24 press release this is one of three ads used to close the ad campaign:
The campaign will put over $10 million behind the ads, titled "All Across America," "Never," and "Economy Kick Start."  While some state specific ads will remain on the air, the ads will make up the vast majority of the Kerry-Edwards rotation in battleground states.
The release also notes:
In stark contrast to the closing ad of the Bush-Cheney campaign which features a pack of wolves, but not the president, the three Kerry television spots show John Kerry talking directly to camera, speaking about his commitment to defend America and fight for the middle class.
