Notes and Observations: This is the most personal, reflective ad of the 2004 cycle thus far.  It does seem a bit flat, and could use some punch, something specific that viewers can "hand their hats on,"such as a text screen highlighting the main elements of Kerry's health plan or "for more information on John Kerry's health plan..."
