Craig Stapleton - U.S. ambassador to the Czech Republic, Aug. 2001 to Jan. 2004.  Previously president of Marsh and McLennan Real Estate Advisors, Inc. in New York City since 1982.  Partner with Bush in the Texas Rangers baseball team.  Served on the Board of the Peace Corps under President George H.W. Bush.  Married to President George W. Bush’s cousin, Dorothy. 
Thomas Foley - Previously served as director of private sector development for the Coalition Provisional Authority in Iraq, appointed Aug. 2003.  Chairman of T.B. Woods Corp.  Founder of the leveraged buyout firm NTC Group, 1985.  Worked at Citicorp Venture Capital.  According to news accounts Foley was a Harvard Business School classmate of Bush.  1971 graduate of Phillips Andover Academy.

(Gov. John Rowland had been the State Chair but stepped down in May 2004 due to the scandal).
