| March 6, 2004--Ballots were counted on the spot. This is the first time DC has used this type of caucus process. It was modeled on the Michigan caucus, and the DNC and the DC Board of Elections and Ethics provided significant assistance. Don Dinan chaired the DCDSC Delegate Selection Committee. | |||
