& Design. His cartoons appear in the Burlington weekly Seven
Days. Below are several of Newcomb's works from the first half
of 2002. At that time Gov. Dean was balancing his duties as governor
with active preparation for a probable presidential campaign to the extent
that his frequent out of state travels were prompting complaints from some
Vermonters.
