Presidential candidates held individual caucuses in each of the state's 53 congressional districts. Democrats committed to one or another of the candidates can run to be delegates at these caucuses and will be ranked, first, second, etc. Then, depending on how their candidate fares, the top female and male vote getters can become delegates to the National Convention. |
