Caucus and State Party Elections held on April 24, 2004 in 21 precincts throughout the island.  Participants had from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. to cast votes and to determine their presidential preference and delegate selection. 1,058 Guam Democrats participated.  Senator Kerry received 87% of the vote.
