February 21, 2003--Downstairs more Dean volunteers were handing out goody bags containing Vermont maple syrup, chocolate and coffee--and a Dean brochure.  Dean campaign office coordinator Abigail Trebilcock oversaw assembly of 400 of the bags at the campaigns headquarters in Burlington and then drove them down to Washington, DC.  Dean volunteers also handed out prescription drug bottles for people to put change in.
