Notes
Sioux City is located in what is referred to as the tri-state area -- Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota.  One of the major employers is the IBP beef plant--part of Tyson Fresh  Meats, Inc--in Dakota City, NE (across the river from Sioux City).  Workers there are represented by UFCW Local 222.
