After the swearing in ceremony, the President and Vice President joined Congressional leaders and some 200 invited guests for a luncheon in Statuary Hall.  The menu celebratesd the anniversaries of the Lewis and Clark expedition's arrival at the Pacific Ocean two hundred years ago and the Inauguration of Theodore Roosevelt one hundred years ago.  Members of the JCCIC presented President Bush and Vice President Cheney with the official Inaugural gifts, cut crystal hurricane lamps produced by Lenox, Inc.
