Leading the Fight Against the Global AIDS Crisis


	May 15, 2002--Sen. Kerry and Sen. Bill Frist (R-TN) announce "The U.S. Leadership Against HIV/AIDS, TB and Malaria Act of 2002." The bill would double U.S. spending on global AIDS from about $1 billion annually to about $2 billion annually.
