Notes
3rd Q 2003: The campaign's press release on the 3rd Quarter opened, "While many presidential campaigns decline in fundraising, the insurgent Kucinich campaign today is filing its financial statement showing an increase."   The increase was modest to be sure, from $1.56 million to $1.66 million.  According to the campaign, the average donation for the quarter was $72.  The campaign reported that much of the total was raised on the Internet, that nearly $1million was raised in September, and that house parties around the country on September 21 raised nearly $300,000.  The campaign spent more than it brought in during the quarter, finishing with cash on hand of $785,471.34.

2nd Q 2003:  According to the campaign, the average donation for the quarter was $77.  More than $1 million of the $1.54 million the campaign raised in the quarter was from credit card donations through the Internet.  Roughly half of the $1.54 million for the quarter came in in the last two weeks; the campaign cited "growing momentum and a topnotch Internet operation."  Table shows numbers from the revised report filed Aug. 29, 2003.

1st Q 2003:  The biggest single receipient of campaign funds was Tree Media Group (Santa Monica, CA) which received a total of $40,806.71 for doing the website.
