Concord, NH--March 17, 2002.  Sen. Joe Lieberman was the special guest at the Merrimack County Democrats' St. Patrick's Dinner.  Commenting on the shadow government that Bush established to get a group of officials out of Washington in case of an attack, Lieberman joked, "You know we Democrats have a similar plan of our own.  We make sure that at least one of us is safely up here in New Hampshire every week."  In the lower image (L-R) are Lieberman's son Matt; Sen.
