December 4, 2002.  On December 4 and 5, 2002 a three-judge panel of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia heard oral arguments in the consolidated McConnell v. FEC suit challenging the Bipartisan Campaign Reform Act.  Photos: After the arguments on Title I of BCRA, plaintiffs and defendants including RNC Chairman Marc Racicot and Sen. Russ Feingold (D-WI) came out and spoke to reporters.  The panel's decision will be appealed on an expedited basis to the U.S. Supreme Court.
