April 2004.   House Majority Whip Roy Blunt (R-MO) talks with Commerce Secretary Don Evans as House Majority Leader Tom DeLay (R-TX) stands by prior to an event at which the Republican leaders vowed to "safeguard America's tax relief."  Speaker Dennis Hastert (R-IL) also joined the group as did Chairman of the Republican Conference Deborah Pryce (R-OH).
