July 24, 2003--Jonathan Tisch [center], chairman of the Board of Directors of NYC & Company, talks with David Norcross, chairman of the RNC's Committee on Arrangements, as Sandy Treadwell, New York Republican State Committee Chair looks on.  Tisch, CEO of Loew's Hotels, previously served as co-chair of the host committee that sought to bring the Democrats to New York.  He is now a finance co-chair for the host committee helping to put on the Republican Convention.
