	Columbia, SC, May 3, 2003--Rep. Gephardt arrived at his new South Carolina headquarters in the late afternoon after a busy day which included the Meet and Greet, a parade in Eastover, and his speech to the Convention. Later he participated in the debate. He is the first candidate to open an office in South Carolina.
