	November 9, 2003. Raymond Pulliam, a student at Howard University, advertises the opening of Rev. Sharpton's DC headquarters. The offices are located on the second floor of a building on the 2500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue, S.E. in Anacostia. (The Capitol dome is just visible as a greyish spot through the trees). The Bowie State University marching band performed.
