-JK front porch visit at the home of Jeff and Claire Kronser (he is a firefighter and she is an art teacher at the local elementary school) on E Street in Springfield (suburb of Eugene), OR.

-JK wraps up the “Believe in America” tour with a rally at Tom McCall Waterfront Park in Portland, OR.  -note President Bush also in Portland today.
Concludes Post-Convention "Believe in America" tour
Does some biking around Portland, walks up Southwest Broadway and shops at Columbia Sportswear (source: Oregonian); overnights in Portland, OR.
