-JE and EE rally at Mid-Ohio Valley Regional Airport in Williamstown, WV.  (this rally started a couple of hours late, actually after midnight; Edwards' plane took off from Raleigh-Durham International Airport for West Virginia but then had to return due to a small fire on board).

Note: On October 12 the Kerry campaign announced that Sen. Kerry and Sen. Robert Byrd would visit Apostolic Life Cathedral in Huntington, WV on October 17, 2004.  However this visit was subsequently cancelled and Kerry did not return to the state.
