2004 Delegate Selection
Held regional caucuses and global convention in Edinburgh the weekend of March 26-28, 2004.  Two hundred Americans living in 21 countries attended.  Democrats Abroad are allocated 9 Delegate Votes (22 Delegates) and 2 Alternates.

2000 Caucus
Caucus March 10-14, 2000.  Democrats Abroad received 6 at-large and one pledged party and elected official delegate votes to the Democratic National Convention.
