In 2002 Bouchard was deputy campaign manager of Tony Sanchez's gubernatorial
campaign in Texas. He was field director for Mark Warner's campaign
for governor of Virginia in 2000-2001. Bouchard worked for Sen. Bob
Kerrey's BACK PAC on the national level in 1999 and as NH director in 1988
as Kerrey considered a presidential campaign. Previously, he served
in various capacities in NH Democratic politics, including commnications
director for the House Democrats, House Caucus director, chairman of the
Hillsborough County Democrats, chairman of the 1st CD for the NHDP, and
activity in numerous local and state campaigns.

Petersburg) Scourfield McLauchlan served as field and political director
for the NHDP starting in January 2001 including work as field director
for the Coordinated Campaign starting in April 2002. In fall 2000
she directed the Oregon Democratic Party's Coordinated Campaign.
She worked on Gore 2000 from June 1999 to May 2000, serving as deputy field
director for Vice President Gore's NH primary campaign, then moving on
to primaries in Maine, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. From late
1996 to June 1999 she worked at the White House, finishing as director
of the Comment Line, Greetings Office, Volunteer Program and Correspondence
Department Internship Program. In 1995-96 she worked on Clinton/Gore
'96, then as a regional coordinator the Florida Democratic Party Coordinated
Campaign. She has a B.A. from Rider University, and an M.A. and a
Ph.D. from Rutgers University, all in political science.
