Don Siegelman); re-elected to a four-year term in January 2003.  Served as U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Alabama, nominated by President Clinton in April 1994.  Served in the Alabama Office of the Attorney General, 1986-94.  Graduated from Boston College Law School in 1977, one year after Sen. Kerry.
