LCV added Pennsylvania to its Environmental Victory Project in Aug. 2004 (EVP was already active in FL, NM, OR and WI).  The program focused on the Philadelphia suburbs, especially Montgomery County, and was boosted by volunteers who bused in from New York City and Washington, DC and from a number of universities.  EVP reported 164,128 doors knocked on and 74,831 contacts made.
