Vice Chair Election -- Striking a Deal?  

Feb. 2005--While varous receptions were going on, Rep. Greg Meeks talked with Nelson Diaz in the hallway.  Rep. Mike Honda joined them.  Later, in a dramatic move, Diaz threw his support to Honda.
