During the fall campaign the Republican National Committee organized a school of dolphins to shadow Democratic nominee Sen. John Kerry and point out inconsistencies in his positions.  The www.flippercam.com website tracked the dolphins' activities as well as pointing out "Kerry's 11 Positions on The War In Iraq" and "Kerry's Many Statements on the $87 Billion."
