-DC attends a Victory 2004 rally at the StaplCotn Warehouse in Blytheville, AR. ...note Lynne Cheney had been scheduled to be on this trip but was "under the weather."

[Also note: On September 6, GWB on board Air Force One, landed at the Arkansas Aeroplex north of Blytheville, talked briefly with a couple of local Republicans, then boarded Marine One to go to a rally in Poplar Bluff, Missouri.  After the rally he returned via Marine One and left on Air Force One].
