Executive Committee member of Gordon C. James Public Relations.  Chaired the No Taxpayer Dollars for Politicians ballot initiative in Arizona.  Director of the Republicans' Arizona Victory 2000.  Served as an advance person for President George H.W. Bush and worked on the Bush/Quayle campaign.  Worked at the RNC in the political department, focusing on state and local government.  Worked on and managed several campaigns in Illinois.  Started career in politics working in the Illinois Legislature.  Bachelor's degree from Southern Illinois University.

(announced Nov. 1, 2003)  Lowe came to the campaign from his position as executive director of the Republican Party of Arkansas, Jan.-Oct. 2003.  Previously worked for Sen. Tim Hutchinson (R-AR) on his 2002 re-election campaign as a regional political director and in his Senate office.  Graduate of the University of Arkansas with a degree in history and political science.  Native Arkansan.

Executive Director Jason Hebert
(started mid-June 2004)  Hebert came to Colorado after starting as Bush-Cheney '04's executive director in Louisiana in March 2004.  Previously served as executive director of the Republican Party of Louisiana (starting in early 2003 through March 1, 2004), and earlier as the party's political director.  He also worked on Vice President Dan Quayle's presidential exploratory committee in 1999, as an executive with Innovative Advertising in Covington, as a finance representative with the National Republican Congressional Committee, and as a government relations associate with ICF Kaiser.  Graduate of Louisiana State University.

Executive Director Brett Doster
(from Oct. 2003)  Prior to the campaign Doster worked as an associate at Uhlfelder & Associates, P.A. in Tallahassee, starting Feb. 2003.  He served as Deputy Director of the Governor’s Office of Tourism, Trade and Economic Development, focusing particularly on developing new high technology business in the state, 2001-03.  Statewide political director for Gov. George W. Bush’s 2000 presidential campaign in Florida; after the March primary, he served as the statewide political director for Florida Victory 2000.  Doster has worked on all three of Jeb Bush's gubernatorial campaigns starting in 1993 as a political aide.  Graduate of the Citadel in Charleston, SC.  Doster is also a licensed real estate agent.

Deputy communications director for the U.S. House Government Reform Committee, chaired by Rep. Tom Davis (VA-11).  Campaign manager for Rep. Rob Simmons (CT-2) in his 2002 re-election race.  Grassroots director for Randy Forbes in the 2001 special election in Virginia's 4th CD.  Campaign manager for Rep. Executive Director Randy Bumps
Previously served as state director for Sen. Susan Collins, overseeing her state offices.  Deputy campaign manager on Collins' 2002 re-election campaign.  Earlier served as a regional field representative for Collins in Augusta, and in western Maine for then-Senator Bill Cohen.  Served three terms as a State Representative, elected in 1996 and re-elected in 1998 and 2000.  Graduate of Bates College with a degree in Political Science, 1995. Came to the campaign after working as a Vice President at Edelman, the public affairs firm in Washington, DC (Brian Lunde's Issues Advocacy Group).  Previously a Vice President at Powell Tate.  Worked at the Leadership Institute, a non-profit political training organization in Arlington, VA.  B.A. in Communications and Business Administration from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Executive Director Ben Whitney
Served as campaign manager for Norm Coleman in his successful 2002 U.S. Senate race.  Managing partner of Minneapolis-based Gideon Hixon Ventures.  The Whitneys are a prominent Minneapolis family (there is a Whitney Foundation; the patriarch is Wheelock Whitney, who lost the U.S. Senate race to Eugene McCarthy in 1964).

Executive Director David Raad
A veteran of President Bush's 2000 campaign, Raad has been involved in politics and campaigns for almost a decade.  Most recently he served as a member of US Department of State's Sudan Programs Group.  He has also served as a member of  Eagle Publishing's management team.  Raad hails from South Carolina by way of Virginia.

Former chairman of the College Republican National Committee, elected July 1999 and re-elected June 2001, served to 2003.  Graduate of Yale University with a B.A. in history, 1998.  Started with College Republicans as a club chairman at Brigham Young University in Utah before transfering to Yale.  Designed a youth effort for California Gov. Pete Wilson’s re-election campaign in 1994 and directed the youth effort for Bob Dole in Connecticut in 1996.  Native of San Jose, California

Felts previously served as a spokesman for Congressman Robin Hayes (NC-8) starting in late 2001.  Worked on Dan Quayle's campaign for the 2000 Republican presidential nomination in Iowa and Phoenix, 1999.  Spokesman on Sen. Lauch Faircloth's (R-NC) 1998 re-election campaign.  Press deputy on Robin Hayes' unsuccessful 1996 gubernatorial campaign.  Davie County native.

Campaign Manager Bob Paduchik
An Ohio-based government affairs and political consultant.  Most recently served as Deputy Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental and External affairs at the U.S. Department of Energy; was a member of the Department of Defense Transition Team .  Ran Bush's Ohio primary (Dec. 1999-March 2000) and general election campaigns (Aug. 2000 to year's end), while on leave from position as director of constituent affairs to Gov. Bob Taft.  Served as the political director for Taft’s 1998 gubernatorial campaign.  Served on the staff of U.S. Senator Mike DeWine; Northeast Ohio coordinator for DeWine’s 1994 U.S. Senate race.  Worked at the Ohio Department of Transportation during the gubernatorial administration of George Voinovich.  Paduchik has a bachelors degree in political science from the University of Akron and an honorary certificate in applied politics from the Bliss Institute.

Senior aide to the U.S. Trade Representative, serving as the principal liaison to Congress for passage of the U.S.-Chile Free Trade Agreement, the Canadian softwood lumber dispute, textile policy, and the impact on labor and environmental standards caused by international trade and also working on key provisions of the Central America Free Trade Agreement.  Worked on Capitol Hill for nearly nine years through March/April 2003, including as legislative director to Congressman Bob Smith (R-OR) and ultimately serving as chief of staff to Congresswoman Jennifer Dunn (R-WA).  Graduate of the University of Oregon.  Seventh generation Oregonian.

Executive Director Guy Ciarrocchi
Previously served as Director of the Office for Public Affairs for the Archdiocese of Philadelphia, 1996-2004.  Chief of Staff and Counsel to then-State Senator (now Congresswoman) Melissa Hart.   A Deputy Attorney General for Pennsylvania working in the Criminal Appeals section.  Graduate of Villanova Law School.  B.A. from Saint Joseph's University in Philadelphia, 1986.  Native of Philadelphia.

Executive Director Jon Seaton
Joined the campaign in March after serving as a field representative at the National Association of Realtors®.  Previously Seaton worked at the National Republican Congressional Committee and in the first part of 2002 he managed John Redwine's primary campaign in Iowa's 5th CD.  He worked on the field teams of the National Federation of Independent Business (Western political director in the 2000 cycle) and Associated Builders and Contractors.  Graduate of the University of Colorado.

Executive Director Mark Graul
Graul is on a leave of absence from the office of Congressman Mark Green (R-Green Bay), where he has served as chief of staff since 1999.  Graul ran Green's 1998 campaign, when Green was the only Republican to defeat a House Democrat.  From 1991-98 Graul worked as an aide in the Wisconsin State Assembly.  He served in elected office himself as an alderman from the Madison suburb of Fitchburg from 1995-97.  Graul is a native of Wauwatosa, and is a 1992 graduate of the University of Wisconsin.  He, his wife, Patty, and their dog, Glenn, live in the Village of Howard just outside of Green Bay.
